- Providing legal advice on labor related matters, including but not limited to, labor compliance, best practices on     employment relationship, enforcement of a labor  contract, internal rules/regulations or collective                           agreement, labor contract termination and benefits, and labor disputes;

- Providing assistance in drafting, reviewing or/and revising employment/labor contracts, internal                             rules/regulations, collective agreements, termination notices, etc.;

- Providing assistance on all labor registration that are required under the Labor Law;

- Representing/assisting an individual, a group of individuals (for collective dispute), or a company on negotiation   on a labor dispute and/or serving warning or demanding letter to other party of the dispute;

- Representing an individual, a group of individuals (for collective dispute), or a company at Ministry/Department     of Labor and Vocational Training, Arbitration Council, or a competent Court on labor dispute; and

- Obtaining work permits, Employment Card (Workbook) and/or business visas for foreign employees.
